Experienced executive HR manager with many years’ management responsibility in international development and manufacturing companies of various sizes (SME, blue-chip). Straightforward, down-to-earth and open-minded. I adopt a distinctly “hands-on” approach; my keenness and courage help to foster an atmosphere of trust and credibility.

As the founder and owner of Peter Gutmann – Changes, I specialize in helping clients align and achieve their goals through appropriate, individualized means. As a trustworthy partner, I support my clients as an interim manager and consultant, helping to determine and implement the measures required to meet their objectives.
